    A: Yes. For privacy reasons, there are also times where increasing the height of standard 2.1 metre Colourbond fencing, will be necessary. Especially where surrounding properties are elevated, we can adjust your fences to suite your height requirements. Lattice style panels can also be added to the top of the fence.

  • A: Not so.. we can supply matching steel plynth panels that are easily be fitted to the base of the Colorbond fence and go well into the ground. This helps stop animals digging out..
  • Q: The fence would require holes drilled for posts in my current limestone wall, is this something you do?
  • A: Yes, We provide core drilling for fences in limestone and concrete retaining walls for an extra cost.
  • Q: Do insurance companies allow me to replace my old super 6 (Super Six) fence with Colourbond fence?
  • A: Most insurance companies seem to be happy with this. Colourbond is less likely to get damaged in a storm. It's always best to check with your insurance company first
  • Q: What do you do about trees and bushes that are in the fence line?
  • A: We can remove most green waste and small trees from your property up to a certain size. For large trees, we can organise a tree professional (arborist) to remove them, plus stump grinding.
  • Q: Does Colorbond fencing burn in a fire?
  • A: No. Colorbond fencing will not burn or act as fuel, although the paint coating can be damaged. Research conducted by the Bushfire CRC and the CSIRO, shows steel fences can assist in the protection of your home. They can help create a barrier in the event of a bushfire.
